A long standing fascination with physical performance and movement culture forms the foundation of this practice. Active involvement in endurance sport and a genuine enthusiasm for sport environments and events shape how effort, rhythm, and atmosphere are perceived and translated visually.
An early interest in photography, film, and recorded sound developed through analogue exploration. Working with physical media created sensitivity for texture, timing, and reduction, while music and sound design continue to influence pacing and emotional tone.
Today, photography and film unfold in close proximity to real situations rather than constructed scenes. Based in Munich and informed by time spent cycling, running, and in the mountains, the approach remains grounded in participation, observation, and curiosity for how movement, sound, and place interact.
